Tarball is missing stuff

Tarball release is missing following things:

src/graph/topology/graph_reciprocity.cc
doc/

first one doesn't seem to be used in the Makefile.am since beginning of time.... Maybe it's junk? Maybe it should be built?

Docs are missing as well.

probably $ make dist is playing up.
