graph-tool install issues on Mac OS (high sierra), python 3.6
I followed through:
conda install -c http://conda.anaconda.org/vgauthier graph-tool
conda install -c pkgw-forge gtk3
I have other libraries installed as I followed through the steps to install igraph
- Initially I created env and installed:
Havent seen any post addressing this.. yet in this case I cannot plot.
dlopen(//anaconda/envs/graph_tool/lib/python3.6/site-packages/cairo/_cairo.cpython-36m-darwin.so, 2): Library not loaded: @rpath/libcairo.2.dylib
- After checking in fact I had the correct version installed, by checking the dependency of
.so
file usingotool -L
.. I removed the env and re-installed without an env.
Now it returns:
RuntimeWarning: Error importing Gtk module: No module named 'gi'; GTK+ drawing will not work
