Make error: ‘distance_to’ function uses ‘auto’ type specifier...
I am trying to get graph-tool building correctly, but running into errors. I originally tried installing from the ubuntu repositories before realizing that anaconda python would not pick it up since it installs against the system python.
System Info: Ubuntu Xenial 16.04 Anaconda Python 3.5, 4.1.1
After installing all the dependencies with something like this:
#!/usr/bin/env bash
sudo apt install -y libcgal-dev
sudo apt install -y libcairo2-dev
sudo apt install -y libcairomm-1.0
sudo apt install -y libcairomm-1.0-dev
sudo apt install -y python3-cairo
sudo apt install -y python3-cairo-dev
sudo apt install -y libsparsehash-dev
I ran ./configure
and make
and got the output in the attached file error.txt
This issue seems potentially related, but I didn't set any flags directly #329 (closed)
Let me know if there is any other relevant debug output, unfortunately I don't know much about debugging building C++ packages.
