Installation on Ubuntu Vivid (15.04)
Hi,
I try to install graph_tool
on Ubuntu Vivid (15.04). I've added the ppa as indicated in the doc, using:
deb http://downloads.skewed.de/apt/vivid vivid universe
deb-src http://downloads.skewed.de/apt/vivid vivid universe
I have libboost-python-dev
installed from apt-get.
The installation process does not report any error.
But when I import graph_tool
in a python shell, I obtain:
>>> import graph_tool
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/graph_tool/__init__.py", line 3137, in <module>
openmp_set_schedule("static", 0)
File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/graph_tool/__init__.py", line 3134, in openmp_set_schedule
return libcore.openmp_set_schedule(schedule, chunk)
Boost.Python.ArgumentError: Python argument types in
graph_tool.libgraph_tool_core.openmp_set_schedule(str, int)
did not match C++ signature:
openmp_set_schedule(std::__cxx11::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> >, int)
Any idea about how to solve this issue?
Thanks for the help, Clément
